"Brother Hong Tat told me LXP is the “Netflix of Learning”. Like Netflix, workers can subscribe to LXP and gain unlimited access to a wide range of content, from personal and leadership development, to emerging areas such as coding and blockchain. But unlike Netflix, SkillsFuture credits can be used to defray LXP’s annual subscription costs."

Grid_Synergy is proud to have been able to work on the LXP project with NUTC. Designed to be the Netflix of learning, Grid Synergy participated in the project to map Lhub's customer journey, as well as contributing in the UX/UI design customisation and development of the platform.

LXP | "The Netflix of Learning."

But unlike Netflix, SkillsFuture credits can be used to defray LXP’s annual subscription costs."

Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat

Grid_Synergy is proud to have been able to work on the LXP project with NUTC. DPM Heng had made these commentary on our LXP project during his speech at the NTUC Ordinary Delegates' Conference on 17 November 2021.

He mentioned that with the LXP, it is our very own "Netflix of learning". It enables even the average Singaporean unlimited access to a wide range of courses and content - from leadership development and even to niche areas such as coding and blockchain while utilising your skills future credit.

"LXP can also be seen as the CET version of the Student Learning Space – the online learning portal that our schoolchildren are using. Our workers can also learn together, and encourage each other!"

DPM Heng also expressed his hopes that as LXP grows and deepens, companies will eventually also be able to adopt LXP as their own personalised online learning management system, as part of the transformation of companies, as well as the transformation of the Labour Movement in Singapore.

With over 75,000 courses on LXP, the LXP team is committed to increasing the range and depth of offerings to better cater to the specific needs of our workers with offerings leading up to skills certification and micro-credentials.

It's hard not to stay excited with all the upcoming updates on LXP in which Grid_Synergy has played a major role in its development.
